Irena is a very professional audiologist;she was conscientious, thorough and possesses excellent communication skills. Ashley also gave me some worthwhile advice on my first visit The admin details were well managed by Kylie, who provided friendly and efficient customer service. Highly recommended.

I visited ihear 6/6/23 @ 2:00 for a booked appointment, the staff were ready for me, when I arrived, no sitting around waiting, they are very friendly and helpful, the appointment was quick and thorough and detailed of what can be done to help my hearing situation, looking forward to my next appointment.

Initially my appointment was made at the incorrect clinic which was upsetting but Kylie at Risley Street clinic quickly moved to correct this and understanding my lack of transport offered to collect and return me for the next day’s appointment . I consider this to be an incredibly kind and considerate way to rectify the error.
